Is it safe to send my credit card information over the Internet?
A. Yes, Stronglite uses a secured server certificate for our website that encrypts
your credit card information while it is traveling through
the Internet. See Stronglite Website Privacy and Security for complete for details.
Q.
When will my credit card be charged?
A. Because you're ordering a custom-made product,
Stronglite requires prepayment of your order. Your credit
card will be charged at the time the order is entered into
our system (generally the next business day after your order
is placed in our web store).
Q.
How will I know when to expect my order to arrive?
A. You will receive an email on the next business
day after your order is placed letting you know an approximate
ship date and delivery date of your order.

If I don't like what I purchase, may I send it back?
A. Yes, Stronglite has a very liberal 30-day Money
Back Guarantee policy that ensures your satisfaction with

Product Usage/Selection Questions

May I purchase a Stronglite Face Rest to use on another
manufacturer's massage table?
A. The rods that insert into a Stronglite table are
smaller in diameter than other manufacturer's tables, therefore,
our Face Rests will only fit on Stronglite tables unless
you are willing to drill holes in your table to accommodate
the Stronglite Face Rest.
Q.
How long does it take to receive my massage table or massage chair?
A. Generally speaking you can expect to receive your
custom-made Stronglite table within 2-3 weeks.
Q.
How do I choose the table that is right for me?
A. There are several options to consider when purchasing
a table. We have tried to help you with this process by
publishing the "Selecting The Right Massage Table or Massage Chair"
section of this website. If you still have questions or
would just like to speak to a live person, call us (1.800.289.5487),
we would enjoy helping you with this process.
Q.
How does the arm support attach to the massage table?
A. Our arm support was designed to attach our Face
Rest rods (our arm support will only work with our Face
Rest). To attach, slip the Face Rest rods through the holes
in the arm support rods and slide your Face Rest into the
table.
Q.
How
do the Side Extension's fasten to the massage table?
A. Side Extension II's are attached to the
side of the massage table using an installation kit that is included with your Side
Extension II purchase. There are pre-drilled holes in rails of the Graduate,
Classic and Premier portable massage table models.
The Side Extension II comes with a bracket that attaches to the underside
of your rail into the pre-drilled holes. You then attach the side extensions
to these brackets and you are in business. If you own or are purchasing the
Featherweight, Alumilite II
or Portable Tilt-Top model or another manufacturer's
table we offer our previous version of the Side Extension which is two extensions
with a nylon strap between them which lies over your table.
